Comfortable footwear and layered clothing are recommended, as temperatures may feel cooler above the clouds or warmer depending on the time of day. Midway through the journey, a private scenic pause allows time to slow naturally — a peaceful moment to enjoy a curated picnic setting surrounded by open sky and rolling hills. Restroom facilities are available near key stops along the route for comfort throughout the experience. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans may change. Each Wild Luxe experience requires dedicated planning, time allocation, and logistical preparation to ensure a seamless and elevated journey. For this reason, cancellations may be subject to a fee that helps cover operational and payment processing costs already incurred. • 5+ days before experience → full refund minus processing fee • 3–5 days before experience → 20% cancellation fee • Less than 72 hours → 50% cancellation fee • Same day cancellation or no-show → non-refundable One complimentary reschedule may be available depending on availability.
