Cancellation Policy We understand that plans may change. Each Wild Luxe experience requires dedicated planning, time allocation, and logistical preparation to ensure a seamless and elevated journey. For this reason, cancellations may be subject to a fee that helps cover operational and payment processing costs already incurred. • 5+ days before experience → full refund minus processing fee • 3–5 days before experience → 20% cancellation fee • Less than 72 hours → 50% cancellation fee • Same day cancellation or no-show → non-refundable One complimentary reschedule may be available depending on availability.
