Departure between 7–11 AM, picked up from anywhere in the Bay Area. The earlier you start, the more of the city we can fit into your day — though a later departure works beautifully too, if you'd rather ease into the morning. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans may change. Each Wild Luxe experience requires dedicated planning, time allocation, and logistical preparation to ensure a seamless and elevated journey. For this reason, cancellations may be subject to a fee that helps cover operational and payment processing costs already incurred. • 5+ days before experience → full refund minus processing fee • 3–5 days before experience → 20% cancellation fee • Less than 72 hours → 50% cancellation fee • Same day cancellation or no-show → non-refundable One complimentary reschedule may be available depending on availability.
